Complete Sealing Solutions (CSS) er en dansk-baseret, international specialist i fugning af lufthavne, motorveje og parkeringshuse.

 

Vi har markedets mest avancerede og effektive udstyr og specialuddannet mandskab. Medarbejderne har stor erfaring i at arbejde under de særlige forhold i en lufthavn, inklusive sikkerhedsregler og clearinger samt selvfølgelig fleksibel produktion på særlige tidspunkter, der passer til lufthavnen.
Det samme gælder parkeringshuset eller byggepladsen på motorvejen, hvor man bruger beton og fuger.

Vi arbejder efter Dansk Byggeri/Fugebranchen FSO’s kvalitetsstyringsnormer ogcertificeres løbende efter disse.

TEKNOLOGI  OG  KNOW-HOW

Complete Sealing Solutions har fokus på at være teknologiførende og de mest vidende på området for specialiserede fugeopgaver til især lufthavne, motorveje og parkeringshuse.

Her skal viden, teknik og logistik gå op i en højere enhed i langt højere grad end ved en almindelig fugeopgave.

CSS og søsterfirmaet Fugebillen har designet og udviklet flere maskiner og teknikker, der øger hastighed og kvalitet i de avancerede forløb omkring en  specialfugning af eksempelvis en lufthavn yderligere.

Eksempelvis den semiautomatiske vand- og støvopsamler på den avancerede skæremaskine, som minimerer forbruget af vand i processen.

Vandet genbruges, og forbruget er blot en brøkdel end ved almindelig brug af en skæremaskine. 
Det sparer penge og er særdeles miljøvenligt.

En turbinedrevet tørremaskine muliggør fugearbejde under selv vanskelige vejrforhold.

Vi arbejder nært sammen med de førende fugemasseproducenter og har adgang til de seneste udviklinger inden for avanceret, gennemprøvet og testet fugemasse med optimal holdbarhed.

CSS står for hele processen fra skæring, affasning, bagstop, primer og slutteligt selve fugearbejdet med specialfugemasse.

Reparation af beskadiget beton 

Hos Complete Sealing Solutions (CSS) er vi specialister i betonreparation i forbindelse med fuger, typisk i forbindelse med renovering eller udskiftning af gamle fuger.

Vi tager os af hele processen fra start til slut. Først fjerner vi de eksisterende fuger. Derefter støber vi ny beton med største omhyggelighed og præcision, så resultatet bliver holdbart. Endelig sørger vi for at påføre en ny fugning, der sikrer en optimal forsegling, elasticitet og beskyttelse af betonen.

Hos CSS kan vi håndtere alle aspekter af betonreparation, der sikrer, at du får en holdbar og ansvarlig løsning.
