Complete Sealing Solutions (CSS) is a Denmark-based international specialist in joint sealing of airports, freeways and parking garages.

 

We have the most advanced and efficient equipment on the market as well as a specially trained crew with great experience in planning and working under the specific conditions at an airport, including safety regulations and clearings.

In addition, we offer a flexible production at specific times convenient to the airports, parking garages or construction sites, where concrete and joint sealant are used.

TECHNOLOGY AND KNOW-HOW

Complete Sealing Solutions focus on being leading in technology and knowledge on specialized joint sealing business especially for airports, freeways and parking garages.

Knowledge, technique and logistics must form a synthesis to a much higher degree than with the general joint sealing task. 

CSS and the parent company, Fugebillen, have designed and developed several machines and techniques that will further increase speed and quality in the complex processes during a special joint sealing of for example an airport. 

Take for example the semiautomatic water- and dust collector on the advanced cutting machine, which minimizes the usage of water in the process.

The water is recycled and the consumption is only a fraction of that in ordinary cutting machines. This saves money and is eco-friendly. 

We work closely with the leading joint filler manufacturers and we have access to the latest developments within advanced, well-tried and tested joint filler. 

CSS is taking care of the entire process from cutting, phasing, backstop, primer and finally the actual sealing and coating process.

Repair of damaged concrete

At Complete Sealing Solutions (CSS), we specialize in concrete repair, particularly in relation to joints, typically during renovation or replacement of old joints.

We handle the entire process from start to finish. Firstly, we remove the existing joints. Then, we carefully and precisely pour new concrete to ensure a durable result. Finally, we apply a new joint that guarantees optimal sealing, elasticity, and protection of the concrete.
