Complete Sealing Solutions fokussiert darauf, führend in der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zu sein und verfügt über umfangreiche Kenntnisse über spezialisierte Fugen-
Aufgaben besonders in den Segmenten Flughäfen,
Autobahnen und Parkhäusern.

Hier geht es darum, Wissen, Technik und Logistik miteinander in Einklang zu bringen in weit stärkerem Maße als bei gewöhnlichen Verfugungsarbeiten.

CSS und das Mutterunternehmen „Fugebillen“ haben Techniken entwickelt und Maschinen designt, die die Geschwindigkeit und Qualität in den komplizierten Prozessen einer Spezialverfugung von beispielsweise Flughäfen zusätzlich erhöhen.

Beispielsweise den semiautomatischen Wasser- und Staubsammler an der technologisch fortschrittlichen Schneidemaschine, der den Wasserverbrauch minimiert.  

Das Wasser wird wiederverwendet, und der Verbrauch beträgt nur einen Bruchteil des Verbrauchs einer herkömmlichen Schneidemaschine. 
Dies spart Kosten und schützt die Umwelt.

Wir haben eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Fugenmasseproduzenten und haben Zugang zu den neuesten Entwicklungen im Bereich fortschrittlicher, erprobter und speziell geprüfter Fugenmassen.

CSS steht den gesamten Prozess bevor vom Schneiden über Abphasen, Primen und schlussendlich bis hin natürlich zur eigentlichen Verfugung.

Wiedergutmachung für beschädigten Beton

Bei Complete Sealing Solutions (CSS) sind wir Spezialisten für Betonreparatur im Zusammenhang mit Fugen, typischerweise im Rahmen von Renovierungs- oder Austauscharbeiten alter Fugen.

Wir übernehmen den gesamten Prozess von Anfang bis Ende. Zunächst entfernen wir die vorhandenen Fugen. Anschließend gießen wir neuen Beton mit größter Sorgfalt und Präzision, um ein haltbares Ergebnis zu erzielen.Schließlich tragen wir eine neue Fuge auf, die eine optimale Abdichtung, Elastizität und Schutz des Betons gewährleistet.
